Each individual may open one account only. If the same person creates multiple accounts — using the same name, same phone number, same payment method, or the same device — all accounts will be cancelled and accumulated winnings may be forfeited.

2.4  Identity Verification (KYC)

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. To withdraw that ৳1,200, you must place a total of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers.

5.2  General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
  • Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless specifically permitted.
  • If you withdraw real money before meeting the bonus terms, the active bonus will be cancelled.
  • If bm880 determines that someone is abusing a bonus, that bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

5.3  VIP Program and Cashback

The bm880 VIP program has four tiers:

  • Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on regular play. Cashback is paid out weekly every Monday. VIP benefit details may change.

Section 6 — Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1  Validity of Game Results

All games on bm880 are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by independent organisations. If a technical error is detected in a game result, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
